Advanced Wear Parts strengthens leadership team for next phase of growth
Advanced Wear Parts is pleased to announce the promotion of Owen Hall to Sales Director and Dale Joubert to Technical Director, serving alongside Tim Leam, CEO, as part of the AWP Director team.
Both have been with the business for more than a decade, and their appointments recognise their contribution to the company’s growth while strengthening commercial and technical leadership at Director level.
Based in the UAE, AWP provides engineered wear solutions, wear-resistant components and heavy fabrication services to customers operating across demanding industrial sectors, including mining, quarrying, cement, recycling, construction, oil and gas, and power generation.
As a Hardox Wearparts Centre, AWP combines specialist wear knowledge with extensive in-house manufacturing capabilities, including precision cutting, forming, machining, certified welding and fabrication. Our capabilities enable us to support customers with everything from replacement wear parts and components through to complex fabricated structures and engineered solutions designed for demanding operating environments.
As AWP continues to grow, we are expanding our manufacturing and technical capabilities, developing new products and wear solutions, and increasing our presence across the UAE and wider GCC.
Looking ahead, our focus is on building long-term partnerships with customers across key industrial markets, helping them improve equipment performance, extend service life and reduce downtime through reliable, technically driven wear solutions.
