The sweep of the frame, the reach of the springer, the red paint following each curve—details that had to work together before we could step back and call it finished.

This build takes me back to the days when our ideas became metal, and that metal became something we were proud to put the Lycan Customs name on.

Still catches my eye. Still makes me proud. 🔥

Decisive Storm ⚡

Some choppers are built to be seen. This one was built to leave a mark.

At Lycan Customs, we spent countless hours fabricating, shaping and refining every line until the bike had the presence we imagined. The American Suspension front end gives Decisive Storm its unmistakable stance, but it’s the work behind the details that makes this build special to me.

Built for our friend dubai_bikers , it remains one of my favorite bikes to come out of our workshop. Every time I see it, I remember the long hours, the decisions we made along the way, and the pride of seeing it finally roll out.

Back in 2011, Lycan Customs was sponsored by DHL, through Kuwait Riders Bike Show, to take part in Harley-Davidson European Bike Week at Faaker See, Austria.

That journey became a major milestone in our history. We achieved our first international award, and The Golden Diner left a lasting impression at the Faaker See bike shows. It was the first time Lycan Customs received international recognition, and it proved that what we were building back home could stand proudly on an international stage.

But when I look back today, the award is only part of the memory.

What I remember most are the days I spent building alongside my brother, Ahmed. He was the backbone of Lycan Customs. Whenever we got stuck, whenever we couldn’t figure something out, Ahmed was always the one searching for the solution, finding the right part, and figuring out exactly what we needed to order.

Those were long days, difficult days, and some of the best days of our lives.

We weren’t only building motorcycles.
We were building memories, a name, and a legacy together.

Faaker See 2011 — where Lycan Customs received its first international recognition, and where one of the most unforgettable chapters of our journey was written.

Lycan Customs was never just a workshop.
It was a place where ideas became machines, where talented hands turned dreams into reality, and where every build carried a piece of us.

Looking back at these moments feels like waking up from a beautiful dream…
The doors may have closed, the tools may have gone quiet, but the memories, the people, and everything we created together will always remain.

Great talent. Great effort. Beautiful memories.
We built motorcycles… but more importantly, we built a chapter of our lives that will never be forgotten.
