McLaren P1 in for a complete transmission service and driveline upgrade.

This goes far beyond a routine fluid service.

The transmission is stripped and refreshed with new filters, seals, gaskets, fluids, output shaft seals and gearbox perimeter seal. The Hybrid Drive Assembly is serviced with new seals, while the HDA clutch and flywheel assembly, dual mass flywheel and flywheel bolts are all renewed.

To handle the next level of performance, the driveline is upgraded with a Quaife ATB rear differential and a Dodson Sportsman 7/8 plate clutch system, complete with core modification and upgraded clutch piston.

The result is increased clutch capacity, improved torque distribution, reduced clutch slip and greater consistency under repeated high-load operation.

The P1 isn’t just another dual-clutch transmission. Its hybrid driveline is one of the most sophisticated systems ever fitted to a production car, where every component has to work in perfect harmony.

McLaren 720S with exposed carbon fibre TopCar kit in for annual service.

This car received our Stage 2 package last year, producing 800whp on the dyno.

On tuned McLaren platforms, routine servicing becomes even more important. Increased power, temperature and load mean fluids, filters and key systems need to be checked at the correct intervals to maintain reliability and consistency.

The vehicle underwent a full annual service and inspection to ensure everything continues to operate as intended.

Maintained correctly for continued use at this output.

McLaren Senna in for accumulator pressure check and recharge.

The customer reported that the car felt unstable and floaty at higher speeds.

Using the official HYDAC accumulator charging tool, we inspected the system and found the accumulator pressure below specification.

The accumulators were then recharged with nitrogen to restore correct system pressure and suspension behaviour.

Both the McLaren P1 and Senna use rechargeable accumulators, which should be checked and recharged annually to maintain correct ride quality, chassis control and high-speed stability.

A necessary maintenance item on McLaren’s most advanced hydraulic suspension platforms.

Lime Green McLaren 600LT, Japan-spec, now configured for track use.

The vehicle initially came in for pre-purchase inspection, before the owner chose to develop the car further for regular circuit driving.

Work carried out includes our Stage 2 package, L*D installation, PWR cooling upgrade package and Girodisc steel brake conversion.

Calibration is managed through the M-Tuner suite from M-Engineering , incorporating boost-by-gear, refined torque management and on-the-fly map switching to ensure the power is delivered cleanly and predictably.

Output now sits at 750hp, with the calibration and supporting hardware configured around the owner’s intended use.

Saif went for our favourite package, Stage 3 Plus w/ Modified Engine and Transmission. This build will make 1035hp on 98 RON and 1150hp on Race Gasoline 🚀

Crayon Grey Porsche 992.1 911 Turbo S in for Stage 1 calibration.

We started by establishing a baseline on the dyno, where the car produced 550whp in stock form.

From there, a Stage 1 calibration was flashed using the M-Tuner suite from M-Engineering taking output to 676whp on software alone.

Alongside the power increase, the calibration improves drivability, keeps the exhaust valves open more at low rpm, and raises the park rev limiter, giving the car a less muted character when stationary.

A simple calibration with a clear result.

On cars of this level, inspection goes beyond visual condition.

Alongside the physical checks, we use McLaren Diagnostic System (MDS) to access deeper vehicle data, including stored fault history, system status, live parameters and mileage-related information.
