Job Title: CNC Programmer & AutoCAD Designer – Automotive Parts Manufacturing
Location: Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer and AutoCAD Designer to join our automotive parts manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Mastercam CNC programming and be proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D design. This role involves developing machining programs, designing part drawings, and working closely with production teams to ensure high-precision output for automotive components.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for multi-axis milling and turning machines.
• Design and revise 2D and 3D part drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring conformance to technical and quality standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to guide manufacturing processes.
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining operations.
• Review and validate final parts for accuracy, fit, and function.
• Maintain documentation of programs, revisions, and technical drawings.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer using Mastercam (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D drafting/design.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, materials, and GD&T.
• Experience in the automotive or precision parts manufacturing industry.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in CNC machining or CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Familiarity with other CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS automotive quality standards is an asset.
