Chengz General Dealers LTD Company seeks the services of an experienced Sales and Marketing Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will tasked with the responsibility of penetrating the market, building new business relationships and sustaining already existing ones. He/She must be persuasive, creative, outgoing and one that does not back down from a challenge.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The core responsibilities of the SALES AND MARKETING PERSONNEL will be as follows;
Reaching out to potential clients and arouse interest in our products
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of new sales opportunities.
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
Contacting potential and existing customers by cold calling
Generating sales leads, responding to sales inquiries to secure new and increased business accounts to meet established sales targets.
Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers to review product needs and determining other opportunities.
Secure new customer within existing territories by securing sales and margin growth targets.
Stay current and up to date on customer market trends, and new product(s).
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to clients and potential clients.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Proven sales experience.
Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
Track record of over-achieving targets.
Familiarity with different sales techniques.
Social Media Survey.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
Self -motivated and driven.
Diploma or higher academic qualification in Sales and Marketing is desirable
