Hello to all you weird and wonderful people. For those of you who do not know yet, I am back up and running again after a year and a bit of taking much-needed "time out". I am still doing all the usual stuff such as Bike Exhaust work (full systems, slip-ons, repairs), specialized welding of mild steel, aluminium, Stainless steel, Titanium, and anything else that can be melted together with fire and electricity. I will also still be doing the usual bike work like suspension rebuilds, services, and repairs, etc. I will be fabricating whatever needs fabricating, and to name but a few, Aluminium fuel/oil/water tanks, Turbo manifolds, Radiators, Bike subframes, etc. Give me a call on 072 310 2732 if you would like to discuss your project or need to know what else can be done. I assume that's a good thing😅
Thank you for trusting me to replace the stock catalyctic converter and silencer box etc.
with a new link pipe and fitting it along with the Akro silencer.
Got rid of some unwanted weight in the process as well.

I had the pleasure of this brand new 2024 KTM990 Duke ( and what a beautiful machine it is) show up on my doorstep this morning, begging to get rid of the stock factory exhaust which is designed to make only Greta Thunberg happy. I happily obliged and we will get this beast to unleash it's real power and sound soon enough. Pics of the finished product to follow soon.

I get quite a few of these 1000 BMW's coming through the workshop for de- catting and fitting of silencers, or even modifying the stock silencer (as per pics) to work and sound as good as most aftermarket units with substantial money saving. De-Catting involves removing the big, heavy and restrictive silencer/cat box and replacing it with a properly designed and fitted 2 into 1 collector and link pipe system. A Healtec Servo Buddy or similar unit, will have to be installed on later models (those with 4 Lambda censors in the exhaust system) to avoid "error" codes and/or putting your bike in limp mode once the standard link pipe and exhaust valve is removed.
If you really want the most out of your BM (or any other Superbike) get hold of Steve at Aer-O- Cannon. He is a legend when it comes to tuning and setting your bike up properly ( just ask Clint Seller, aka multiple SA Superbike Champion) and he is also a good guy and absolute gentleman of note. For your convenience you can also just drop your bike of with Steve and he will arrange to get it all done for you!

Two full systems for 2 CRF300's for 2 life long friends.
One cruising around the roads and trails of Gauteng and the other sent down to KZN to live it's life out there. Fortunately the Grade 304 Stainless Steel pipes will withstand whatever coastal life can throw at it.

Another ZX10R with 0 Km's on the clock, about to be released into the ZX10 Cup Challenge for 2024.
By the time you see this, it will have it's race livery and probably done a couple of practice laps already.
Glad to be playing a small part in the season ahead for this AWESOME bike!!! They don't come much prettier than this and it's the right colour as well!!!😉

Another beautiful BMW Airhead built by Donovan from Cytech. Was an absolute pleasure building a full 2 into 2 Grade 304 Stainless Steel exhaust system for this bike. Can't wait to see the finished bike with it's final touches.
