Our 2nd big build for gas.

Race-Art SA Widebody Bentley Continental GT.

When Dhesigan Donovan Naicker 1st came to us with the idea ..our response was..."you are nuts ..we love it..let's do it😁😁.

After alot of deliberation we finally put together a 1of 1 design for the kit we wanted.

Scope of work

Custom front bumper
Custom sideskirts
Custom diffuser
Custom wide arches making this already wide car even wider.

This project was built on an extremely tight deadline, alot of late nights but the Top Secret Auto team pulled it off.

Now that GAS Motorshow is done and dusted...we finally have some time to update our loyal Top Secret Auto family.

For our 1st major build we were called in by Shedan Murugas and Tyron Murugas to assist with the transformation of their mk5 caddy.

The instructions were clear and simple...

Take this build to the next level by any means necessary!

We decided to do a 1st Secret Auto..
to design and build the entire kit using our 3D technology.

We scanned the vehicle and sent the files to our cad software and then the fun began.

Nikhil Singh head of Top Secret Auto 3D division spent countless hours modelling and printing the entire kit..which consisted of the following:

Front bumper
Front grills
Sideskirts
Rear roof spoiler
Roof gutter rails
Rear diffuser

Then we moved onto the interior with more 3D printed parts.

3 way A pillar pods
Center console panels to house various equipment
DSP and control module holders.
Head unit bezel
Battery box
Enclosure to house the CAI

Chances are we probably left out some things as there is just too much details to cover on this extraordinary build.

Definitely 1 of our biggest builds to date.
Well done to all involved in the build. It was super challenging but we persevered and delivered an aggressive yet classy looking mk5 caddy!

It's been a while since we kept our loyal Top Secret family updated but we promise to be dropping some big builds soon!

Next up!

we were commissioned to design and build a custom front spoiler and an extended windscreen visor for this sweet Scania.

We 3D scanned the bumper, modelled it and printed in ABS plastic.

For the visor we modified the original one and extended it by another 300mm by doing it that way we retained all the OEM mounting points and strength for those long hauls.

The build was then finished off by the awesome team at Forum SA who layed this flawless black paint job and LEDs on the visor.
