Work carried out is as follows.

Thanas tuning high flow turbo inlet pipe
BMC drop in filter with airbox mod for max flow

Stage 2 ECU and TCU tune

Putting out 225kw 465nm on stock is38 turbo charger at 1.4bar boost.

Hybrid Turbo properly sorted. 🎯

The Setup:

Cooling: Upgraded intercooler + boost pipe kit.

Induction: Blaze Performance Atom intake.

MK8 PCV Retro fitted after we noted a failed PcV valve.

Correction needed prior to tuning.

Actuator adjusted to the correct voltage spec to fix previous calibration issues.
Fully calibrated and tuned on 95 pump fuel, optimized specifically for altitude. 📈

Dyno time.

Intake fitted.

Power prior and after tuning. 115kw 184nm gain over arrival.
