I made it out to a time attack this passed weekend at Autodrome St-Eustache. My racecar is still not right so I competed in street class and TA-7. Well, pushing a stock car hard and challenging much more refined cars in my competitor's hands felt amazing, and honestly I have not had fun like this in a very long time. I think I'll stick with it until next year; who knows, maybe longer.

Being in good physical shape allows me to do what I want in life. Here I am pursuing one of my passions; motorsports.

I just attended a great team building exercise with all my staff frombthe office. It was a bootcamp theme, not chsoen by me, and it was great fun! Its nice being in relative good shape. :)

Who wants a free, month supply of Shakeology??

Anyone?

All you need to do is sign up to a challenge pack and be the one who loses the most inches in each month competition and I'll send you a fresh bag or box. Simple! FYI that is a ~$140 value.

After a great workout today, I have a good day scheduled showboating my other company to VIP customers. Then I'm off to Hong Kong for 9 days. Tough life. :)

Lesson learned. When grooving my diet, and matching intake to my genetics, it is unwise and a waste of time to eat anything but what I need genetically. Captain obvious signing off.

10 days travelling without a gym was tough on the routine, but trying to eat from my plan and taking my supplements kept me looking good. Back to the routine this week if only for this week because I am off again on Saturday!

04/03/2015

Travelling for business today to the most logical Team Beachbody expansion country, England! Who else travels for business?

03/03/2015

Today is my last full day in town before 10 days of travel. Who else travels for work? Love, hate? Let me know.

01/03/2015

Saturday again, wow that week went fast!

Building legs is the toughest workout for me, and I gather for most people as well. How do I get through it? I associate pleasure to the pain, I tell myself each time leg day rolls around that I am happy, and I attack it with enthusiasm. Why not do the same for other things that are a challenge and reside outside our comfort zones??

25/02/2015

Finally it struck me yesterday, I am starting to resent resting days. It's not that I do not appreciate the down time, I don't like the inactivity. I think I'll make time to read a book next time. :) Happy HUMP day world.

I cannot believe it is the weekend again. Looking at two lovely workouts, BULK back today and BULK arms tomorrow. That's great.

Happy Friday everyone. I hope you all made the most of your week. There were plenty of opportunities to improve your self personally, in your relationship and in your professional career.

I feel fortunate to be able to wake and workout every day then spend a workday surrounded by professionals.

What are YOU fortunate for?
