We start a new vehicle design with a 3d scan of the engine bay with the OEM heavy brace in place. Then the real work begins. Our ACX strut bars do NOT look traditional because they are not built like the rest. Each load bearing mount point is AI generative optimized and 3d printed with lasered aluminum. Each piece is custom powder coated to order with USA made powder coating. Result? 1.74lbs versus Toyota GR brace of 5lbs!

Here is our ACX (for G8X) center brace component fresh out of the powder coating oven in "pl***oy blue" by Prismatic Powders Our ACX strut bars do NOT look traditional because they are not built like the rest. Each load bearing mount point is AI CAD generative optimized and 3d printed with lasered aluminum. Result? 2.74 lbs vs 8.4lbs for OEM BMW braces.

For an additional fee we will powder coat any powder offered by USA made Each ACX strut bar is custom built to order and is marked with a 316 stainless steel laser-serialized tag.
