The 10 piece parts for a fiat project have been collected this morning and on their way to Leicester tommorow morning to be fitted into the owners unique car ready for him collecting on Friday. Many thanks to ross for giving me the opportunity and trust to do these parts for him after his previous problems I know it would of been difficult for him to trust someone to flock his parts again. But going by his reaction this morning I'm pretty sure he is pleased with the results. Communication was always there and it doesnt stop once parts are done he knows he can get in contact with me should any problems arise or any future questions.

Will get some pictures once parts are fitted and he's settled into his car he's waited on being built for him.

Astra van write up.

The Astra van project.

Been working with the owner on this for a few months from his original vision of what he wanted the end result to look like and it has been achieved. Through out the course of it being done there's been some changes, some custom pieces added, some extra pieces done, some parts done that that didn't turn out the way expected so changed and also some parts 're done (which is no easy task with a flocked part) due to myself not being happy with the finish.some pieces were also retrimmed In stretch alcantara. But there was always communication with the owner on this large project to keep him up to date with what was happening so his vision could be achieved. Personally i find this is the way it should be. This project was no easy task and was a huge challenge for me.

So what was done?

Custom Matt anthracite blend and black flock all 1mm 3.3 decitex nylon flock fibre with black epoxy base coat.

Full dashboard including many individual parts
Front pillars
Door tweeter pods
Custom vents
Twin gauge vent pod
Centre console for dash
Centre console between seats
Door cards including fabric retrim

The Door cards were completely dismantled to do all the parts for them and 're assembled using structural 2 part epoxy. The other parts were reinstalled by the owner.

This van is also running air ride suspension and a z20 engine with some mtx audio.

Would like to give a massive thanks to paul for trusting me with this project and being patient when things went wrong at times. it's been a challenge but we got there bud.👍👍

Next project underway. 10 pieces being done for a fiat scicento. First off pair of lower door pockets. Being done in black with black epoxy base

Custom mirror surround being done for a girls bedroom. The girl even got to pick which colours she wanted to mix together. Triobal(sparkle) was also included.
