Airsal 44mm 65cc SmC-R ported cylinder, with Airsal reed, including exhaust studs, intake bolts, and gaskets, for Tomos A35.
Piston window slightly widened. 2 iron rings, wristpin AND bearing, circlips.
Puch style high pressure 44mm head.
2 different head gaskets.
SmC-R modified 15mm intake, with oil injection block off bolt & washer.
Dellorto 15mm carburetor, has been disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and reassembled.
M7 Cylinder studs, washers, & nuts.

SmC mopeds Ltd. has put this kit set together with the primary goal of eliminating the need for cylinder porting requests additional shipping from owner to me, then shipping again back to customer. The savings is in replacing 2 of 3 shipping costs with just shipping cost from me to you.
The Airsal 44mm 65cc reed valve kit has been my most requested and sent to me to be ported cylinder. It is also one of my favorites.
Previously, customers were ordering the cylinder, paying shipping to themselves, then shipping to me, and then shipping cost again from me to the customer. My goal is to cut out some unnecessary shipping cost and time in transit.
SmC Mopeds Ltd is also planning for customers to be able to order cylinders directly from me to have them ported, again as opposed to ordering, receiving, reshipping to me, and then shipping back after port work is completed.
The $405 price of this particular set includes porting, enhancements, and clean-up. So you're receiving a basically complete set ready to install and rip out of the box. *Normal break-in procedure is still advised!*

Includes:
☆ 44mm 65cc Airsal 12pin piston, wristpin, circlips, cylinder, reed, and associated gaskets. Inspected, ported, enhanced, ring end gaps checked, cleaned, lubed, and ready.
☆ High compression cylinder head.
☆ Modified 15mm offset SHA intake, enhanced to include textured higher volume plenum area. Oil injection ready, or can be blocked.
☆ Dellorto 15mm SHA carburetor, disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and reassembled. Comes with 68 main jet installed. *addition of adjustable banshee powerjet added by request and additional charge.
☆ Cylinder studs, washers, & nuts set.

This is a limited, by special order only, kit set. Each part is inspected, cleaned up, enhanced, checked, recleaned, and lubed. Rings pre-installed on piston. I have proven my enhancements and modifications to increase torque and power on the street ... and maybe a little more speed. Results will of course vary, depending on numerous factors.
