1. HOTEL MANAGER – Salelologa, Savaii

We are looking for a reliable and experienced candidate to manage our busy Hotel in Savaii.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Providing strategic leadership to achieve the hotel's financial and operational objectives.
• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the property.
• Assisting in day-to-day operations of all Hotel Departments
• Oversee staff and assist with training and development
• Effective supervision of guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes
• Dealing and resolving appropriately with any guest complaints
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent marketing abilities
• Honest and trustworthy
• Leadership Skills
• Knowledge in Bar & Restaurant Stocktaking

All Applicants must:

• Have prior Experience in Hotel Management or Similar Field
• Degree in Tourism & Hospitality
• Good Computer Skills
• Live in Savaii
• Able to Work Fulltime, Weekends, Public Holidays, etc
• Age 40-65

Salary Range: Between $65k – 75k, depending on experience

Accommodation and Transportation will be provided.

2. RESERVATION OFFICER – Jetover Hotel (Apia Office Bluebird Lumber- Saleufi)

We are looking for a person with experience in hotel bookings & reservations

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in email correspondence and booking system
• Booking & Communication Management
• Managing guest bookings, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism
• Providing detailed information on room types, rates, packages, and amenities to assist guests in selecting their ideal stay
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A Degree in Computing
• Must live in Apia
• Age 25-50

Salary Range : 15k – 20k, depend on experience and qualifications

JOB VACANCY- Customer Service/Sales Rep (Immediate Start)
About The Role

Jetz Rentz Company is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join the team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, greeting clients as they come onsite and walking them through our rental services.

A front-of-house role, you will man the service counter, prepare rental agreements, manage payments, move vehicles around the yard, and coordinate vehicle services with the mechanical team, reply to phone and email enquiries and other related duties.

To meet customer demands, we operate a rotating roster, working 6-days on and 1-day1 off and this role will commence as soon as possible. Time and a half is provided for all staff working on weekends.

Your Skills & Experience
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skillset.
• Strong team player, with a flexible and approachable nature.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and PoS
Don't hesitate if you're experience doesn't meet the exact requirements. You might just be the candidate we are looking for.

• have a Full Class valid drivers license
• of age between 25- 45
• have an active npf number
• Must live in Salelologa or nearby villages
• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays if required
