Do you remember the 21st of September?…

I do…and fifteen years ago it changed my life forever.

Happy fifteenth to the little 4lb4oz individual who scared me to death for the first six months of her life, but led me to understand how lucky I was to have her and appreciate a little life.

My number seven is my little artist…quiet yet quippy…wicked sense of humor…my first ready and out the door in the morning and the best refrigerator cleaner east of the MISSISSIPPI.

The person I count to tell me w that wicked little laugh how a post could be better, but the first to offer to fix it.

The only girl still in my possession, even though she wears headphones to drown out my music, is my ride or die every day.

So to my Camilla… today is your day to eat what you want, make any concoction or recipe you want and work on your tennis serve.

I am so proud of your bravery these past few years…you made this old mama less afraid of the world.

Happy 15th!!! We looooooove you!

Freshman move in day #5.

I just dropped my creative toddler off because she is a prodigy.
She brought her lipstick for painting murals on her bathroom door, her tutu for dance class, her hybrid Belle and Cruella costume for circle time.

That’s what I think should be happening….

That’s how fast this went.

Thank you for taking on another family drama major…

She won’t need much prodding… just give her her diploma now based on life experience.
