After my family has purchased about 30 new vehicles from Reeves, over the years, I was a bit shocked with Josh's lack of politeness, respect and professionalism. Do NOT buy a car from Fields BMW. Worse customer service ever. I bought a 2018 430i convertible. The convertible top broke as soon as I bought the car. It has been broke ever since. In the shop the last time (6 total times) for 6 weeks niw. They are not giving me a new car or my money back!! Totally horrible!

Your phone system is horrible. I was on hold twice now and your system disconnected me both times when it tries to ring in to a part rep. Fix your phones.
I am on about my 10th car from fields. I lost count. I have had virtually all the service work on those cars done at your dealership. In short I am a good and loyal customer (make that was a good an loyal customer) There is nothing special about dealing with Fields anymore. I called two days ago to schedule the replacement of a broken passenger window. I was given an appointment for today at 10:00. I come in at ten and wait in line for someone to check me in. Why have an appointment? Then they take me with my paperwork and I wait for the service representative who is god knows where. Again why bother with an appointment? He wants to know if I am going to file a claim and I try to make it clear to him that is my worry. I just need the car fixed and I will deal with any insurance claim. I leave and receive a text using your new system. I reply to the text at 10:32 saying just let me know if you have the window and when can I get my car back. Not hearing from anyone as we approach 3:00 in the afternoon I sent a text, and email and left two voice mails. This prompted a a call to inform me that you do not have the part. You have had the car for 5 hours and tell me something that you could have determined in about 30 minutes and should have known before I even made the appointment. Further I am told that you may get the part in tomorrow but you don't know when so the car will probably not be fixed until Friday. I should have learned that when I called to schedule the appointment and I would not have bothered to bring in the car until you could actually fix it. I tried to call a service representative (I used to do this with Matt Stevens all the time) to schedule the service so I could talk to someone about the car that might actually have some understanding of the repair. You can't do that at Fields anymore. Your customer service sucks. The repair apparently takes about 5 hours (or at least that is what you charge me) So you will have the car for three days for a 5 hour (or less) job because no one can think at you dealership outside the box. I don't think I will get to BMW number 11. I sent this message with my contact information through your website
Michelle and Mikhail were fantastic. Michelle listened carefully and got us into the perfect car for both our needs. The staff here is so welcoming and friendly and the fresh baked cookies made me feel at home. Wow!!!! What a fabulous experience.
