I'd like to know why my dad paid for a truck over a month ago and you haven't got it ready yet. This is poor practice plus you all will not call him he has to call you then you give him the run around.

Doug definitely went above and beyond while my red blazer was in the shop waiting on a transmission. Then to get me a great deal to put me in the silver blazer so I can have my vehicle back. 😊😊

Bought a 2015 gmc 3500 truck today from Noah and Andrea. Both men were absolutely great. Didn't bombard me when I came on the lot. Left the other day without the vechile and wasn't harrased on if I was going to buy it. Their manager Craig went above and beyond to make the deal work for me. Very impressed with all individuals who worked with us today and appreciate all the work and how well they treated and worked for us.
UPDATE to my Malloy op-ed.
I had a very positive meeting with the General Manager Doug Stahl of Malloy Cadillac/Chevy dealership in Winchester. We discussed the mitigation I thought was necessary to keep both patrons and employees safe. Doug also has already taken action in social distancing, employee awareness, and sanitizing the area. We are in total agreement that the employees should be reminded periodically of the seriousness of this virus and don't let your guard down "be aware of your surroundings".

Normally I don't get into comments on social media but I'm compelled to in this case. I took my truck into Malloy Chevrolet in Winchester for an oil change and I was totally floored as to the lack of concern for the public's health and well being. There was NO mitigation's put in place in regards to COVID-19, no masks, no social distancing 6', no sanitizers, no shielding from service reps, and the waiting area was busy with people sitting arm-in-arm next to each other. Ok so you don't think that's a problem, well I do! Malloys total disregard for the safety and well being of their customers is totally unacceptable. Small businesses are struggling and people are out of work just to mention a few whom are suffering and Malloy seems to think business is as usual. Now its one thing for people to make individual decisions but for a company to have this type of response to a national crisis is appalling. Malloy owns several dealerships I hope the others are better managed. if anyone out there gets sick, I HOPE NOT, check your calendar to see if you had your car serviced recently.
Sad situation!!!!! GM headquarters will not be happy to hear this story..
