Jaynes Mobile Mechanic Shawn Jaynes is a mobile mechanic who works on classic/older vehicles but also diagnostics, A/C, brakes and electrical on newer models.

I will come to your vehicle wherever it is located in the Texas Hill Country and get you back on the road. I specialize in all classics and newer model vehicles but I am also available to work on small engines (lawnmowers, golf carts & ATVs) and tractors.

Hello my friends. After working in the oilfield, truck driving & precast concrete sales, I have decided to start my own mobile mechanic business here in Wimberley TX. It is something I have been thinking of doing for a while. When I was younger, I started out working at Firestone changing tires and then I went to work for Kelley Chevrolet in Hollywood Florida. For the next 15 years, I was working in mechanic shops on everything from brand new Corvettes to classics. I mainly worked on A/C, electrical, brakes, engines, & rear differentials and transmissions.
Right now I’m working on restoring a 1977 Ford F-150 custom (see pics). I really enjoy restoring older vehicles but I like working on newer ones as well. I also work on all types of equipment (lawnmowers, atv, tractors, pressure washers etc.) So if you or someone you know needs some work done please contact me!
