We are experts at servicing your R1200/1250/1300GS,RT/ and R.
We have all the special tools to check the ever important valve clearance and cam timing. Often these motorcycles have a slight offset of timing issues. Some more than others. Adjusting cam timing and valve clearance can only be done with special tools and knowledge. We have done many and the performance improvement is well documented by our customers. And with even more improvement up to 2019, get us to install a BoosterPlug. Want even more performance. Let us find the perfect Hyperpro or Wilburs suspension upgrade. The difference is a paradigm shift from great handling to amazing handling. Let's not forget a set of Denali lights with the Denali CanSmart. Some things take a village to complete. Last year, I had the good fortune to pick up a 1979 R100RS that had a remarkable history over the course of its first 44 years, and 100k miles. The past year has been a preservation, and mechanical restoration, journey. Along the way I found that the first owner. He shared that he had kept the original battery side covers as a memento of adventures that took him as far as Alaska.
Another friend, Peter Bombar of Bombar's Beemers did the mechanical rebuild. Somehow, I managed to put another 3k miles on the RS over the past months. She’s a blast to ride. So yesterday another buddy and I, blitzed our way back to Bombar’s in Wilmington, NC, for a checkup. All good. Plugs came out clean. Oil looked unused. The 250-mile trip had the RS register more than 50mpg on a beautiful fall day. This Beemer is one for the ages. Peter has worked his magic.
The ’79 RS sports a set of K75S handlebars which makes it delightful for long hops. This morning’s ride was on my non-CFO ’77 RS. Remarkable how different it is. The ’77 has more grunt, a more aggressive riding position, and pulls a solid 40mpg. There’s a voice in the back of my head that keeps suggesting “more power, mate”. It’s a rock star.
Which one is better? I have no idea. And no intention of deciding. Nice to have choices.

A great customer and a very cool motorcycle. A 2022 Yamaha Tracer 9GT. We are given her a good service. Note the yellow Denali lights we installed. The customer reported that the lights are "AWESOME and people driving are more aware and notice!"
Safety is key and Denali lights on your bike means less chance of a collision. Pass the word - We will service other brands as noted on our web site.
