Greg K. brought his 2017 Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited Low into Schaeffer's Harley-Davidson after noticing a lifter noise and a coolant leak.

When the team got into it, they found the camshaft, hydraulic lifters, oil pump, and water pump all needed replacing — then discovered the stator had failed and taken the voltage regulator down with it.

Total paid claim: $2,125.30!

Brad S. brought his 2019 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 into Packey Webb Ford in Downers Grove after the check engine light came on, the car started misfiring, and it was surging hard on every shift.

The team found multiple misfires with oil on the piston walls — the engine was done. A full long block assembly was replaced, and the transmission output shaft fl**ge causing the surge was taken care of at the same time.

David A. brought his 2019 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Special into All American Harley-Davidson in Hughesville after the battery kept dying — and it turned out the charging system had completely given out.

The stator had shorted to ground, shutting down the entire charging circuit. Smoke under the cover confirmed it. The stator and voltage regulator were both replaced, along with the battery that had been drained in the process.

Total paid claim: $2,380.09

Marquis D. brought his 2021 Bentley Flying Spur W12 into Bentley of Scottsdale after the vehicle suddenly lost power mid-drive — warning messages flooded the dash, heavy smoke poured from the rear, and fluid hit the ground.

The team found catastrophic internal engine failure. A long block was sourced from Bentley Parts USA and the entire engine assembly was pulled and replaced — 42 hours of labor later, all covered.

Total paid claim: $36,307.04

Johnathan B. rode his 2022 Harley-Davidson Road Glide ST into Bootlegger Harley-Davidson in Knoxville after a pushrod snapped mid-ride — and the damage it caused didn't stop there.

A broken adjustable pushrod and a bent fixed pushrod had torn through the top end — pistons, cylinders, valve seals, valve keepers, lifters, and pushrods all needed to be replaced. Full top-end rebuild, all covered.

Total paid claim: $3,662.59
