That metallic in this white is WILD.

Depending on the angle, it flips from red to blue and makes inspecting under the light a little more interesting than usual. 🤣

This Jeep is quite the project 😅

The left side of the hood is fully finished out. The right side is still sanded and waiting for refinement. The difference in clarity already is wild.

This thing came in with baked-on oil contamination that had to be wet sanded off the paint. Not polished. Sanded. That’s the level we’re dealing with here.

Still left to go:
• Finish the hood
• Sand and refine front bumper
• Sand and refine both fenders
• Sand and refine A-pillars
• Sand and refine roof
• Spot sand and polish all 4 doors and rear quarters

The finished result on this one is going to be absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes saving paint takes a whole different level of patience.

If you didn't have plans already for Saturday morning you should definitely change that and come out to the Drive In and hang out and see some beautiful cars and hang out with like minded people. We will have the booth set up and be available to do estimates on site and answer questions.

Only 5 more sleeps until show time and we’re getting pumped to see everyone back out!

What are you bringing to the show this month? Drop a picture in the comments and let us know 👀

Whether it’s a full blown show build, daily driver, bike, truck, project that barely made it together the night before, or something completely unexpected… bring it out. That mix is what makes this event what it is.

And don’t forget to invite your friends! The more good people and cool rides, the better the atmosphere gets every month.

Riding season is here. Stop spending your weekends scrubbing bugs off your bike and start spending them riding.

A proper polish and ceramic coating completely changes how easy your motorcycle is to maintain. Bugs release easier, washes take less time, the paint stays glossier, and the bike stays looking cleaner between rides.

Whether you ride a bagger, a sport bike, a cruiser, or a fully custom build, protecting the finish now is a whole lot easier than trying to fix neglected paint later.

The difference between a bike that turns heads at every stoplight and one that looks tired after a few rides is in the details.

Motorcycle protection packages start at just $300. Spots are limited once riding season is fully underway, so now’s the time to get on the schedule.

Installing PPF on this honeycomb carbon fiber tank cover is the kind of work that really separates high level installers from amateurs. Every stretch has to be controlled perfectly or the film fights you the entire way and it will fail in a week.

Just finished laying the top piece. Letting it dry overnight before we come back to trim it and finish the side sections tomorrow.

Parts like this will absolutely expose your skill level.

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, been busy in the shop. But this one was worth sharing.

A while back I posted a set of wheels that were completely ruined from using acid on raw aluminum.

This is the flip side of that conversation.

These wheels came in as part of a bigger job, paint touch-up, polish, and ceramic coating. When the owner dropped it off, he asked if there was any saving them… and honestly, I wasn’t sure how far they’d come back.

But after a lot of time, the right chemicals, and a whole lot of effort… we got them looking about as close to new as you can hope for.

Here’s the key difference:
Not all wheels are created equal.

These are a type of finish that can safely handle stronger chemicals, even both ends of the pH spectrum, when you know what you’re doing.

That said… We still don’t recommend grabbing aggressive cleaners off the shelf and going to town without understanding what you’re working on (and using proper PPE).

Because as we’ve shown before, the wrong product on the wrong finish doesn’t “clean”… it destroys.

If you’re ever unsure, ask first. It’s a lot cheaper than fixing the damage after the fact.

This isn’t dirt anymore… it’s damage.

These wheels were a raw aluminum finish.
Someone hit them with a wheel acid trying to clean them the quick way.

Instead… it permanently etched the surface.

No polishing this out.
No “quick fix.”

At this point, the only real solution is refinishing, either powder coat or paint.

This is the part people don’t talk about enough:

Not all products are safe for all finishes.
And not everyone using them understands the difference.

The wrong approach can get expensive real quick.

If you care about preserving your vehicle—not just making it look good for the moment—make sure you’re trusting it with someone who understands what they’re working on.

Let’s talk repair decisions…

Customer got side swiped this weekend.
Panels took a hit, the PPF got chewed up

Most people would assume this means:
👉 Repaint the panels
👉 Blend into adjacent panels
👉 Hope the color matches

But here’s what actually happened…

We removed the film, and the paint underneath was PERFECT.

No damage. No repaint. Nothing.

So here’s the debate:

Would you rather:

A) Repaint your vehicle and risk mismatched paint, reduced value, and future issues

B) Peel off damaged film and keep 100% original factory paint

Drop an A or B in the comments and tell me why
