MEET THE POWERHOUSE TEAM

I’ve realized that I haven’t done a good job of introducing the people behind PowerHouse with everything going on.
We’ve had people come and go, seasons change, and the business continue to grow. But one thing that has become more important to me is making sure the people who show up, put in the work, and help build PowerHouse get the recognition they deserve. The team gets that verbally every single day, but I’d like it yelled from the rooftops.
So over the next few days, I want to introduce you to the people behind the name.
And there’s no better place to start than with Brandon Fleshman.
Brandon joined PowerHouse in February of this year. He came in willing to learn, willing to work, and willing to do whatever was needed to understand what it takes to provide quality work for our customers.
Today, Brandon is our Shop Supervisor, but that title really doesn’t tell the whole story.
He’s become the guy we can count on.
The guy who will step in when something needs to be handled. The guy who doesn’t mind helping wherever he’s needed. The guy who has continued to step up, take on more responsibility, and grow with PowerHouse.
Brandon leads by example, and one of the things I appreciate most about him is the way he genuinely cares about the people around him. His heart for others is something you don’t always see, and it’s a big part of who he is.
Outside of PowerHouse, Brandon loves his family, his mini truck, all kinds of cars/trucks, having a good time, and being surrounded by good people. If you know Brandon, you know those things aren’t just interests—they’re a big part of who he is.
And then there’s his mini-me…
Alaina💖
She’s only 13, but don’t let that fool you.
If you see Brandon, there’s a pretty good chance Alaina isn’t far behind.
She’s already learning what it means to get her hands dirty—sanding, turning wrenches, helping with her dad’s mini truck, going to car and truck shows, and finding just about any opportunity to learn something new. She’s even helping with booking clients and whatever else she can lend a hand with.
Alaina is smart, curious, a gearhead in the making, and most importantly, she’s willing to learn.
And honestly, watching her alongside her dad is beautiful, and tells you a lot about Brandon and the way he and his wife are raising their kids. You can see the work ethic, confidence, respect, and understanding of real life being passed down.
She may be 13, but she already understands something a lot of adults don’t:
You don’t have to be the oldest person in the room to make a difference. You just have to be willing to show up and help.
That’s something we value deeply at PowerHouse.
Brandon, we’re genuinely blessed to have you part of this family. Thank you for everything you’ve stepped up to do, everything you’ve learned, and everything you continue to bring to PowerHouse.
And Alaina, we’re glad you’re part of the PowerHouse family too. Keep learning, keep getting your hands dirty, and keep being you young lady!
