NOTICE OF RATE CHANGE
Effective September 1, 2026

To our valued customers,

(You KNOW we hate to do this but...) Beginning September 1, 2026, our standard shop labor rate will increase from $150.00 per hour to $160.00 per hour.

In addition, a $10.00 administrative fee will be applied to all scheduled appointments.

As the cost of doing business continues to increase, this adjustment will help us continue providing quality service while supporting fair and livable wages for our employees.

We greatly appreciate your business, your understanding, and your continued support of our local small business. We truly have the BEST client base around!

Desaray is preparing to go on a 2-week vacation (she is driving her family halfway across the country for her college graduation). We are very proud of her and wish her safe travels! She will be out of the office from July 20th to July 30th, returning hopefully the 31st.

The shop will remain open, but all scheduling and billing will be done upon her return. If you are unable to get through on the phone, please come into the shop! Regular scheduled appointments will continue and will be billed when she returns!

PLEASE ONLY LEAVE ONE MESSAGE ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE STATING YOUR NAME AND NUMBER! Details of why you are calling can be given when we return your call! There is VERY limited space on the machine!

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may bring and are incredibly grateful for all of our loyal and understanding clients as we have navigated many hurdles over the last few years! You all mean so much to us! Thank you!

I am sure I have some very eager clients just waiting for my call back. I have decided to go back to work a bit early because of this BEAUTIFUL weather we are having. Please be patient as I have 45 messages I have already taken down and I am sure I have another full message machine for when I go in. I will be in the office later next week so please stand by for my return calls. IF YOU HAVENT HEARD FROM ME BY FRIDAY MARCH 27TH, then you may give me a call.
