That’s a wrap, 2026 Blood, Sweat & Gears Metric Moto Show is in the books, we had a great turn out this years, many new and exciting bikes seen this year, as well as some beautiful ones from years past. We would like to think our sponsors, Evergreen Credit Union, MotoResto Maine, Joe Bornstein law offices, Clark insurance, LORE motorcycle Education, American Real Estate, Fishtails Riding School, Phoenix Cycle Shop, Whoopie 100.9.

Thank you Kevin ward for the live music. Lucky cat coffee, cheese the day and LA Tacos for bringing the eats!

We did really well almost selling out of T-shirts and getting close to selling out of raffle tickets. The grand prize winner of the raffle was Bruce Howes - he chose the 64’ Honda Cub. The 2nd place had been called but not reached once they pick there price we will reach out to the next winner.

The winners of the best of show were:
1st - Kawasaki H1
2nd - 2000 Ducati Monster
3rd - 1968 BMW R60/2

Today’s the day! 10am Riverbank Park, Westbrook, Maine! Come join us to celebrate the best of motorcycle design, and engineering. Bring your Asian and European motorcycle or scooter to the 2026 Blood, Sweat & Gears Metric Moto Show! Registration is free, T-shirt and raffle tickets sales go directly to our Students in the Trades scholarships. We are a 501c3 nonprofit, we appreciate all your support and donations! Live music by Kevin Ward, food truck included Lucky Cat Coffee, Cheese The Day, LATacos!

Seven days two hours and a few minutes away from the fifth blood sweat and gears metric Moto show this year is going to be an awesome year. We have lucky cat coffee LA tacos cheese the day for food trucks live music from Kevin Ward as a reminder we’ve got awards for top three best of the show and for anyone that is unsure of what the whole blood sweat and gears Moto shows all about is this is all just a way for us to engage like-minded individuals that really are all about motorcycles and scooters from Japanese and European brands that want to help build a strong stronger baseline for trade individuals. The state of Maine has a depleted set of trades people, and that goes for automotive technicians plumbers electricians you name it and all the proceeds from T-shirt. Sales are raffle ticket sales go directly to our scholarship fund and we award high school students that any high school student can apply, that are going into a trade those can be directly into the field or ones that are going off to community college or specialized training programs scholarships tool ships this past year we had eight recipients and awarded over $6000 to those student students which is fantastic. We’re so proud. We couldn’t do it without the assistance of our sponsors and all of our wonderful attendees from the shows that purchase raffle tickets and buy T-shirts to help these young adults move on to the next steps of their careers and fill the needs of all the trades. come out next Sunday, August 9 from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Riverbank Park in Westbrook bring your motorcycle down. 2weeks!! Sunday August 9th, 10-2 Riverbank Park Westbrook (Main St) Maine. Here are some photos from last years show, the people and motorcycles just keep getting better. Raffle tickets are on sale, Tshirt and raffle tickets will be sold at the show! Live music, food trucks, motorcycles, scooters, cool people, what more could you want on a Sunday. All proceeds go directly to our students in the trades scholarships. This year 8 local students were awarded $6000.

We are two weeks and a day away from the 2026 Blood, Sweat & Gears Metric Moto Show, I cannot believe this will be the 5th year. It has grown to well over 250 registered motorcycle and 600 attendees last year. Come join us Sunday August 9th from 10am-2pm. Enjoy live music from Kevin Ward, food trucks including Lucky cat coffee,, Cheese The Day, and LA Tacos. We have made an exciting change to our raffle, the grand prize winner will have there choice of either a 2004 Honda 599, or 1964 Honda Cub. Only the winner will get the choice of the motorcycles, so come get your tickets, a maximum of 200 will be sold. All proceeds from the raffle and Tshirt go directly into there students in the trades scholarships fund. This year we awarded 8 local students over $6000, we hope to help more student’s next year.

We are just 4 weeks from tomorrow, I cannot believe it’s coming so fast. We have some interesting news coming this week about the raffle. If you have already purchased a ticket do not worry your are good, if you have not, this might make it a bit more spicy. Keep an eye on our pages this week, you do not want to miss this.
