This weekend in Salt Lake City at the annual National Move Over Day was about more than tow trucks, equipment, and the towing industry.

It was about the people behind the wheel.

People who wake up every day and answer the call when someone is stranded, or in trouble on the side of the road. People who work in some of the most dangerous conditions on our highways.

Slow Down. Move Over. 🚨🪝

Those four words can mean the difference between a close call and a tragedy.

We’re thankful to be part of an industry that continues to stand together and remind the public that when you see emergency lights or a tow truck on the shoulder, please slow down, move over, and give us a safe space to do our job.

To every tower and first responder out there- stay safe, watch each other’s backs, and get home to your families.

Elite Towing & Recovery was proud to take part in the West Wendover Elementary School Public Service Road Rally!

It was a great opportunity for our local kids to get up close with the trucks, equipment, and people who work behind the scenes to keep our community safe and the roads open. These events are a great reminder that public service is about more than just a job, it’s about serving our community and being there when people need us most.

A huge thank you to the first responders, teachers and everyone who helped put this event together!
