Parents what are you thoughts on this? I always tell parents not to push them. If they want to sit they can and if they don't want to sit they don't have to. I also suggest mom or dad sit on my knee first to show the children that it's ok. If they don't want to sit on Santa's lap then why would your kids want to? Lead by example

We teach our kids to run from strangers, screaming at the top of their lungs, unless they are dressed up as Santa.
