Please ship your subwoofer correctly or you will most likely have to pay more for damage that occurs during shipping as well.

This is another first for us. We have never seen someone “repair” a W7 and NOT remove the old spider. They just cut it out and left the OD of the spider and old epoxy on the spider landing.
