Before and after a new crankcase/oil sump gasket (went ahead and replaced the oil seal as standard procedure). The new gasket is much beefier and also comes with new bolts. It was leaking oil pretty aggressively before. Briggs & Stratton on a S**g Freedom Z zero turn. All fixed up now!

Rhino 660 getting a full rebuild including new crankshaft and bearings, piston and rings, cylinder. New transmission bearings, new counter shaft bearings, new middle drive gear bearing and a beefed up bearing holder (they often break and cause issues). It came in with a no start and was using a ton of oil. Started out as maybe just a top end rebuild but then after inspecting the rod bearing, it had excessive play and had to pull rest of engine and open it up. Several bearings were gritty and not smooth. It will be better than it was when it was new before too long!

This was all that was replaced with a transmission bracket kit and battery box for a Hustler Raptor zero turn. The front transmission brackets were broken on both sides as well as the battery bracket. The battery bracket cracks and allows the frame to flex which then breaks the transmission mounts according to Hustler. The new installed brackets have been redesigned and much beefier.

Toro Dingo had a rusted out muffler and then the exhaust studs broke off. Had to extract them and then install some new threads. Got the new muffler installed and nice and quiet again compared to what it was. Before and after pic in the comments.

Polaris Ranger 570XP got a new breather hose this week. If you have a Polaris with the 570 engine, we recommend getting it in to be checked out because they often have a cracked breather hose which causes dirt to get sucked into the engine and eventually cause internal damage. The new hose is made of more superior materials and doesn't crack like the older rubber ones did. Call us today to get yours in before it is too late!

Engine was locked up on this log splitter. Got it freed up and now it's back up and running again. Penetrating solution down the spark plug hole and a little TLC and whatever caused it freed up and running again. It may be on borrowed time but only time will tell. Merry Christmas y'all!!
