😴 Drowsy driving is actually pretty common.
According to the National Sleep Foundation, 60% of adults reported driving while drowsy.
For parents with children 👶, that number rises to 70%. Interestingly, the risk appears especially high at both ends of childhood.
Parents of infants often lose sleep from nighttime feedings and frequent awakenings.
Parents of teenagers may face a different kind of sleep disruption… early school mornings, late extracurricular activities, and busy transportation schedules.
A little extra rest can make a big difference when it comes to staying alert behind the wheel. It’s a good reminder for all of us.
Drive safe 💛
