A Heartfelt Farewell to Justin & Sara Hardgrove
From the Staff at Different Strokes of Alaska
Today we say goodbye to two people who have shaped the very soul of Different Strokes of Alaska. Justin and Sara, your leadership, your grit, and your heart have carried this shop through seasons of challenge and growth. You took Ron Stout’s legacy—his vision, his work ethic, his belief in doing things the right way—and you didn’t just preserve it. You amplified it. You honored it. You blew it up into something bigger, stronger, and more impactful than anyone could have imagined.
Because of you, Different Strokes of Alaska isn’t just a business. It’s a standard. A reputation. A family. A place where people know their vehicles—and their trust—are in the right hands. That spirit you helped build will stay here long after the keys change hands. It lives in the culture, the craftsmanship, the pride, and the way we show up for our customers and for each other. You will always be a part of who we are.
We will miss you both more than words can say, but we carry your influence with us every single day. Thank you for everything you poured into this place and into the people who make it run.
As we turn the page, we also open our arms to the new chapter ahead. Please join us in giving a warm, genuine welcome to Nate and Lauren Berry, the new owners of Different Strokes of Alaska. We are excited for their leadership, their vision, and the future we will build together. With the foundation laid by Ron, strengthened by Justin and Sara, and carried forward by Nate and Lauren, this shop’s story is far from over—it’s entering its next great era.
With respect, gratitude, and heartfelt appreciation,
The Staff at Different Strokes of Alaska
