We say all the time that Jack Frost Museum has the BEST members… but apparently, they love us right back. ❤️

A huge thank-you to Steve and June for stopping by with a delicious surprise—specialty brats from the Country Smoke House! 🌭

And really… on a gorgeous day like today, what else were we supposed to do but fire up the grill? 🔥😋

Good food, beautiful weather, great people, and another day at Jack Frost that reminds us just how lucky we are to have the community we do.

Now, if someone could just have a conversation with the bees about personal space, today would be pretty much perfect. 🐝😂

Check out this 1959 Cadillac Eldorado! 😍

She’s been sitting for quite some time, but there’s a LOT of potential hiding underneath all those years of rest. With those iconic sweeping fins, beautiful chrome, and unmistakable late-’50s Cadillac styling, this is one BIG piece of American automotive history! 🇺🇸✨

Now she’s at Jack Frost Auto, and we’re excited to see what we can uncover and bring back to life. 🔧

🏆 THE COSTUMES CAME TO PLAY! 🏆

Our Cars & Costumes Costume Contest was an absolute blast! A HUGE thank you to everyone who dressed up, stepped into the spotlight, showed off their creativity, and gave us plenty to smile about. 🧛‍♀️🦸‍♂️🎭

And just as important - THANK YOU to everyone who cheered them on! 👏👏👏 You brought the energy, the applause, the laughs, and made our contestants feel like the stars of the show.

As far as we’re concerned, everyone who participated was a winner, because showing up in costume and having a little fun is exactly what Cars & Costumes is all about. ❤️

But a contest needs champions… 🏆

Our official winners took home something pretty special: a membership to Jack Frost Museum! 🚗✨ We can’t wait to welcome them back as part of the Jack Frost Museum family.

Now it’s time to learn the real thing. 👀

Registration is open for Frost Museum in Motion: The Thriller Experience - a 21+ dance experience where we’ll learn the iconic choreography to Michael Jackson’s Thriller and put it all together for a special performance at the Jack Frost Museum Fall Festival!

And before you say, “But I’m not a dancer…” — PERFECT. You don’t need dance experience. You don’t need to be coordinated. You just need to be willing to have fun, laugh at yourself, meet some new people, and unleash your inner zombie. 🧟‍♂️

Two workshops are available (choose one or choose both), and we’ll learn it together, practice it together, and then take over the dance floor at the Fall Festival together.

This isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about doing something ridiculously fun that you’ll be talking about long after Halloween is over.

Cars & Costumes 2026 at the Jack Frost Museum! 🚗✨

Classic cars, great people, a beautiful September evening, and just the right amount of mischief made this year’s Cars & Costumes one to remember.

From the incredible lineup of collector cars scattered across the grounds to the costumes, music, food, drinks, laughter and conversations that carried on as the sun went down, this was exactly what we love about nights at Jack Frost Museum. It wasn’t just about the cars; it was about slowing down, having some fun, catching up with old friends and making a few new ones along the way.

And once the string lights came on and the music started, we weren’t ready for the night to end. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who brought a car, wore a costume, joined us for the evening, volunteered, helped behind the scenes, or simply came ready to have a good time. You’re what makes these events so special.

Another Jack Frost Museum First Saturday Event is officially in the books. 🎭🚘

And judging by this video… we think September looks pretty good on Jack Frost Museum. 🍂
