Gas tank repair and reseal. Multiple leaks previously causing the old paint/clear to bubble, crack and chip off. Shutoff valve did not work and previous gas cap did not seal properly.

Now its all cleaned up and looks a bit better!

Teardown!!! Stripping down to bare frame, prepping for paint, then all new wiring and drivetrain being installed. Making a custom harness to accommodate lights and turn signals and be compatible with the motor upgrade.

Original complaint was a P0091 trouble code and noticed decline in performance and fuel economy. Upon initial diagnosis i realized multiple signs pointing to a weak/bad battery. After further testing the battery continued to fail and not hold charge.

Battery was replaced, and testing results will be reviewed once a drive cycle has been completed and data cleared from the memory.

09/04/2025

Oil change and fresh filter. Timing set installed and cover back on. Upgraded oxygen sensors and exhaust header to replace the cracked manifold. Now ready to try and fire back up
