Neglecting brake maintenance (pads, rotors and brake fluid check) can lead to costly repairs, and it does compromise the safety of yourself and others on the road.

Regular brake inspections with every oil change and scheduled preventative maintenance are highly recommended.

Please do not wait until you hear a metal grinding noise, and/or feel a vibration on your steering wheel when you hit your brakes to ask your preferred auto shop or mechanic to conduct a brake inspection.

The key takeaway is that your battery will last based on your driving style and your car’s preventive maintenance schedule since the day you got that battery installed.

Batteries’ life cycle may vary based weather exposure but it also depends on major electrical parts such as the alternator, fuses and relays, and even the starter.

When it comes to brands and manufacturers you have a lot options based on your budget and whether you choose 2-year, 3-year and even 4-year free replacement warranty.

We recommend you to ask your auto mechanic to conduct a battery test in your next visit. Most of them will do it complementary as part of your 30K, 60K, 90K mileage maintenance.

We all have a friend with a car battery like the one shown in our Photo #3. 😳😆 Share this info to remind them to ask for a battery test in their next visit to any auto shop. Some auto parts retail store also offer this service.
