Long Island Corvair Association Welcome to our Corvair page, containing fun facts and info about our group on Long Island. Meetings have resumed, in person at the Community Center.

Normally, LICA meets on the second Thursday of each month at Majorie Post Community Center in Massapequa at 8:00pm. Check this site often in case of date or time changes. The group has had some other events, met to display our cars, taken cruises and keeps an email list to stay in contact with each other. If you'd like to be a part of this, join our club with a dues payment of $25 annually. Send a

The rainy weekend took a toll on many Long Island car shows.
We had planned to attend the Ukrainian Catholic Church show in Riverhead, the new date is May 30th.

1964 Corvair coming off the main assembly line at Willow Run on April 22, 1983, after completing its restoration for the "1983 Corvair Project Built." This was a joint project between the UAW workers and Willow Run Management in conjunction with GM's 75th Anniversary.

Corvair Track Day at Summit Point Motorsports Park - Summit Point, WV 25446 Hosted by Northeast Corvair Council, Inc. a.k.a “NECC Motorsports"
A full day of high-performance driving with open track and timed laps. Open to all Corvairs, from race-prepared to factory stock. Non-Corvairs admissible too. Cost is $349 per driver. Event coincides with the first day of the CORSA International Convention in nearby Gettysburg, PA. Special paddock area for Yenko Stingers. No-fee parade laps during lunch break.
