FINALLY! 👏 Some good news and progress for the ADAS world and repair shops everywhere.

Farmers has released an ADAS repair guide that prepares policyholders to expect vehicle scans, ADAS calibrations, additional repair procedures, and potentially longer cycle times after a collision.

Body shops shouldn't have to fight the perception that these procedures are "extra." On today's vehicles, properly identifying and completing required scans and calibrations is an important part of returning a vehicle safely to the road.

By educating customers upfront, Farmers is helping set more realistic expectations about what a modern collision repair actually involves.
