Finished up a radiator core support. Did some plate structure off the sides to tie in the fenders and headlight structure. light bar bracket and some speed holes for the condenser mount. Couple kickers to yhe engine cage. Little perforated sections for aesthetics and smooth out the front with some abs.

Got the front bumper drawn up from the scan I did last weekend and the fixturing placed over the tables.
Off to manufacturing soon.

First time doing some cast welding on steering nuckels and pitman arm with Blue Deamon Nickel 55 filer rod. Pre heat, weld, then post heat cool down.

UPM air filter installed. Tight packaging around everything. The bottom will be completed once the wheels are beck on.

Sw***er set made on Joey's explorer. This is my first attempt at this kind of steering setup. It swings and travels. EMT pipe mockup for tie rod lengths.

Joey truck updates. The cage is fully welded in and seat mounts in. Access panel for fuel pump removal. Spare tire mockup. Mike has almost all the drive train ready to go. Working on the front end, getting shock hoops in to tie to cage. Cycling travel and mounting coils. Sw***er steering next.
