Changing out brake pads on the same 2014 Ford Escape.

Out with the old, in with the new!

Replacing an old water pump that was leaking in a 2014 Ford escape. The cause of the leak was a blown gasket.

The water pump pushes coolant from the radiator through the coolant system, into the engine and back around to the radiator. The heat that the coolant picked up from the engine is transferred to the air at the radiator. Without the water pump, the coolant just sits in the system.

Still grinding in all hours of the day, and night!

Was working on a 2014 Volkswagen Jeta. Sadly the whole engine needs to be replaced. Made the car stable enough to drive to her dealership.

Unfortunately I do not have an engine jack or a vehicle large enough to transport the old engine.

None the less, I was glad to help where I could.
