Did you know the insurance companies so called “preferred shop” isn’t allowed to repair your vehicle if it’s deemed a total loss? It makes you wonder who the customer really is. At Superior, we work for you, not the insurance company. This vehicle was deemed a total loss and was repaired at Superior Auto Body & Collision! Because at Superior, you’re the customer, not the insurance company!

Just some of the things we found wrong with this 2016 Arcadia. This customer had the original repairs done by the insurance companies “recommended” body shop. They glued several parts together, didn’t remove the trim, which causes over spray on the trim, and didn’t replace the broken cooling fan, causing the vehicle to over heat! NEVER TAKE THE ADVISE OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY! Always do your research and choose a shop that works for you, not the insurance company!

Does this look like a $1200 Repair? Of course not! But that’s the estimate our customer received from the other person’s insurance company. After writing our “Superior damage appraisal” using OEM guidelines, the real cost ended up being over $9000. Never except what the insurance company “Estimates”!! Call us to get an OEM approved “Superior damage appraisal”.

This valued customer came in with his 2012 Outback looking to make it look new again. He said he loved it and wanted to have it for another 10+ years. After fixing the all body, hail and tree limb damage, removing and replacing all the trim, both bumpers, roof racks, side door and rocker moldings and doing a lifetime warrantied paint job, we feel confident he’ll go longer than 10 more years!
