Company Brain: a private AI assistant that remembers your business and does the work
Company Brain doesn’t just store and find information. It takes requests in plain language and carries them out.
One source of truth. Clients, projects, quotes, renewals and meeting notes all live in one organized, searchable record.
Work by email. Your staff email a request and keep working. Examples: “What did we quote the Hendersons?”, “Follow up with Dave next Monday”, “Build me a quote for these windows”.
It actually does the work. It doesn’t stop at answering questions. It can:
create and update client, project and prospect records;
generate finished documents, such as Word quotes and meeting notes, and file them where they belong;
send emails and follow-ups on your behalf;
research prospects and build outreach reports.
It runs on your schedule. Say “send the invoice tomorrow at 3pm” and it queues the task and carries it out at that time.
A confirmation for every task. The result comes back to the requester’s inbox when it’s done, so nothing slips through the cracks.
A dashboard for the whole team. Everyone gets a clean, browsable view of the same information. Staff can also build quotes there with a live price breakdown.
Access that fits each role. Each person can do and see only what their role allows. Some people can only look things up, and others can update records or run tasks. Sensitive actions stay with the right people.
Tailored to each business. Encompass’s own Brain runs its services business. Titan Window Films’ Brain handles quoting and sales follow-up. Barnes Capital’s is being built around the records of a wealth, insurance and accounting practice.
The payoff. Your business stops depending on anyone’s memory or inbox, and your people spend their time on clients instead of on admin.
