We’ve recently seen a few posts regarding black streaks appearing on vehicles after a wash, and we wanted to address them.

While this is not something we commonly experience, it is possible for grease or road debris from a previous vehicle to transfer onto a brush. Although our equipment is inspected and maintained regularly, outside contaminants can occasionally make their way onto the wash.

If you ever notice anything after your wash, we encourage you to pull into the vacuum area and ask for a manager before leaving. Inspecting your vehicle on-site gives our team the best opportunity to determine what happened and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We appreciate everyone who has brought this to our attention. Feedback like this helps us ensure we’re providing the best experience possible for every customer!

Finally, we’d like to remind everyone of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re ever not completely satisfied with your wash for any reason, please let one of our team members know before you leave. We’ll gladly inspect your vehicle and send you back through the wash at no charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re always here to make it right.
