New from Wagenmasters — Karmann Ghia Convertible Metal Header Bow.

For years, one of the biggest compromises when restoring a Karmann Ghia convertible has been the header bow. Replacements are typically only available in plastic, while the original factory piece was metal.

So we decided to make it the right way.

Our new metal header bow is made in-house and designed after the original factory construction, giving restorers a proper metal option instead of settling for a plastic reproduction.

Made for the guys who care about the details you might never see once the car is finished.

Built in-house. Built like factory. Built to last.

Available now. DM us for pricing and ordering.

Featuring the distinctive early factory style waffle pattern, these visors were recreated for restorations where the details matter. Proper shape, proper look, and built with the quality we want on the cars coming through our own shop.

Made by Wagenmasters. For the cars we love.

Custom craftsmanship is coming together beautifully on this 1969 Karmann Ghia.

For this build, our client wanted to blend classic Volkswagen styling with a more sporting, luxurious feel. To achieve that vision, we handcrafted a completely custom interior in a sophisticated medium gray, featuring elegant French seams, matching tweed inserts, and premium upholstery throughout. We also custom upholstered a beautiful set of Recaro seats, providing the perfect balance of comfort, support, and timeless style.

Now we’re at one of the most rewarding stages of the project carefully installing every handcrafted component and watching this one of a kind interior come to life. Every panel, every stitch, and every detail has been built and fitted in-house with the quality and precision that define our work.

If you’re looking for custom interior creation, upholstery, installation, or a complete restoration for your classic Volkswagen, Porsche, or vintage vehicle, we’d love to bring your vision to life.
