Finally got the suspension and wheel and tire setup ready for the VB. 275s are not an easy feat on the new WRX. Especially when you are looking for ideal alignment specs . But I was able to get it done. Tires are Falken Azenis RT660 in 275/35-18. Wheels are Titan T-R10 in 18x9.5 +40.

Coilovers are Fortune auto 510 with many upgrades including remote damping system. So I can control damping from the glove compartment. The front suspension wasn't too difficult to setup but also is not quite complete. I would like to do a couple upgrades but I maxed out the camber plates up front to pull in the axles as I just have too much poke going on with this setup. I ended up at 2.5 degrees of camber up front but will add some new camber bolts and and do a bump steer correction eventually but happy to be not rubbing for now. For the rear a little more work was needed. I started with some Blox racing lower control arms but that helped give some adjustability but basically had to run alot of camber and a stock like ride height in the back to not rub. Even after trimming the plastic fenders and banging the sheet metal for extra clearance. So I ordered some upper control arms from Racer X fabrication. And some toe arms from SPC. But was able to set up 1.5 camber in the rear with no rubbing and a decent drop in ride height. Extremely happy with how this car looks rides and handles now.

Here is the Torqued Performance VB wrx. We will be using this car for all types of testing for the new platform and FA24DIT engine. I really do love this car especially after a little tuning. Never felt a stage 1 car that feels this good. We have started the modding right now with a full color correction, front end ppf and ceramic coat and window tint. Invidia cat back exhaust. Perrin pitch stop and steering damper lock down and a Seibon carbon fiber hood scoop. More mods are waiting to be installed. I can't wait to keep you all up to date on the process.
