Sick of sales jobs that lie to get you in the door and pays way less than their ads says! And worse off, everything else they say is a lie too.
The team at Automotive Imports could tell you how great we are and how well we take care of our customers’ and employees, but every employer makes the same claim.
Everything is different about our store and our employment. From the time you enter, it is apparent that we are a breath of fresh air. We truly work as a team and is shows. Read our unsolicited reviews written by our customers. Both our sales and service department work together, and most importantly, they all like each other.
Of course, we offer paid vacation, health insurance, dental insurance, vision, and an employee Christmas bonus program. However, this is just ancillary to working at a cool place with good people.
What are we looking for?
All egos are checked at the door.
A passion for cars (we have the coolest ones, so it is not very hard).
A valid Driver's License and a good driving history.
A stable previous work history (job hoppers not wanted).
Smart, capable individuals that want to work.
What does our Sales Brand Ambassador do?
Well, everything.
Respond to internet and phone inquires for available vehicles.
Assist customers with product selection with your vast automotive knowledge.
All finance aspects relating to the purchase of the vehicle.
What do we pay? By cutting out the fat of unnecessary departments in convention dealerships, we are able to compensate our employees very well. The average pay for 2021 was $8,075.13 per month. That is a real number. Some employees made more and some made less.
Are we going to throw you to the wolves and see if works? That is not who we are as individuals or a company. We think too highly of both our customers’ and employees’ to do that. After selecting the right fit for our sweet team, we will train you and give you the resources to be successful and provide our customers’ with the experience they expect.
Happy employees make happy customers. Every employee at Automotive Imports is absolutely critical to its success. Automotive Imports is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
