MB Drift Organizing drift events since 2005, currently at the infamous Rockingham Speedway in Rockingham, NC. We have been at "The Rock" since 2020.

The premier small tire competition series in the Carolinas, featuring a 245 tire size limit, and technical layouts to ensure fair and exciting racing. The MB Drift staff would like to welcome you to the 2025 season. With the closing of the Myrtle Beach Speedway we searched long and hard to find the best facility we could here in our region, which happens to be the Historic Rockingham Motor Speedwa

y. With your help we would like to our events BIGGER and the best around! Remember we are just trying to provide YOU a safe place to learn how to drift, in a controlled environment. We know that no one can jump in a car and know how to drift instantly. We have a great crowd of people who will go out of there way to help you in just about in anyway though. If you want to go on a ride along or have question all of the staff members or fellow drivers will try to help you. Hope to see you there. Rockingham Speedway and MB Drift do not condone negative, threatening or violent conversation or behavior, and if you do not respect and follow our rules you will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund. The management and staff have worked vigilantly to create a fun and exciting family atmosphere where drivers and spectators alike can learn the benefits and rewards that come from a racing community and will do what needs to be done in order to protect those rights. Also, safety is one of the most important aspects of our events and those who do not follow the rules and regulations set forth in the drivers meetings and in our handbook will be subject to exclusion or ejection from the track. Join us for "THE SMOKE SHOW" June 6th and 7th for two days of shredding. Competition will be Saturday the 6th on the tight and technical "CHUTE" layout. FUN RUNS will be running both days for those who just wanna have fun.

This time we're doing thing a little different. This will be a modified CHUTE layout to keep pushing the limits of driving. If you are used to the old layout, this should be a pretty easy adjustment.

Here are the 2026 MB Drift Series Round 1 results from this past weekend. There was some really great driving this round. We brought qualifying back due to a demand for it and it went pretty well.

Congrats on all the great qualifying runs and all the battles won. There is always some disapointment for those that didn't go as far in the comp as they hoped, but hopefuly all the drivers gained experience that will help them move forward in the future.

Our goal has always been to develop drivers by giving them lots of seat time & the opportunity to compete in a high level drifting competition without as many bariers to entry. That way you can gain experience while having a blast with like minded people.
