One common practice I’ve never enjoyed is (for after hours pick up) hiding keys in clients vehicles. Whether that is “under the mat”, “on top of a specific tire” or whatever the agreed hiding place may be.

Those days are behind us. In an effort to better serve our clients we now have a secure key lock box for secure after hours pick up.

The difference is in the details!

I always laugh when Im asked about being so close to “competition”. The only competition is with myself, my ability to set and achieve goals and hold the standards that I’ve set for myself and the shop.
