We're hiring — Business Development Representative

We're looking for someone who loves talking to people and closing deals. If you've got sales instincts and a phone voice that builds trust, this role is for you.

What you'll do:
Answer inbound calls and online inquiries from people shopping for boats, RVs, trailers, and powersports. No cold calling — these customers are already interested. You help them find the right unit and turn that interest into a sale.

The details:

Up to $75K/year
Full-time, on-site in Americus, GA
Sell the full lineup at Factory Direct Marine & RV
What we're looking for:
Phone sales or customer service experience. Dealership or RV/marine background is a plus, but we care more about drive and personality than a specific resume.
