NOW HIRING: Fleet & Equipment Mechanic – Locos Gringos Pick N Pull (Tyler, TX)

Locos Gringos Pick N Pull is a busy self-service auto salvage yard in Tyler, and we're looking for an experienced mechanic to keep our fleet and equipment running.

What you'll work on:

Tow trucks
Cars and pickups (shop vehicles and vehicles we sell)
Tractors
Forklifts and other yard equipment

What you'll do:

Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filters, tires, batteries, fluids)
Keep equipment safe and ready so the yard stays moving
Let management know about parts needs and bigger repairs

What we're looking for:

Hands-on mechanic experience (diesel and hydraulic experience is a big plus)
Able to work independently and troubleshoot problems
Must have own tools
Reliable, shows up on time, good work ethic
Valid driver's license

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
No weekends

Pay: Will be discussed in interview. Based on Experience.
