Sherrell Frame & Axle Repair can straighten trailers as well. This one had some big alignment issues as you can see the axles were bent up. Toe was out .5 and camber out as bad as 2 degrees. Also a few support cross members were bent down.

An Avenger sprint frame we did last week. Customer is going to have a few of the front tubes replaced due to kinks and cracks, but the frame is straight, square, with no twist, ready for the replacement parts to be put in. Contact us if you need some racecar parts or chassis to be straightened.

This is a gokart from Xtreme Racing & Entertainment Tulsa. The front end was bent up and back a good amount. As you can see, the outer two bars that bend inward between the spindle tubes and nerf rails were kinked and with some heat and some love we were able to pull the front back down and forward as well as take the kink out of those tubes. After a little paint it looked good as new.
This sawyer micro was bent a little all over with a few bars that had some pretty major damage but with a little heat in some areas, we were able to straighten every peice.
We have been busy the last few weeks with one sprint car frame, four micro frames, and our newest adventure - a gokart frame for Xtreme Racing & Entertainment Tulsa. Pictured below is a sprint frame that was tweeked over in the front as well as having the right bar by the motor kinked. We cut the kinked section out for repair and straightened the rest up nice.
A midget and sprint frame that needed some love this last week. On the midget there was some bent areas around the RF shock tower and both sides of the engine bay. With a little heat and love, they came right out. The sprint frame was mostly bent a few areas on the bottom left rail. With a bit of the same care we were able to get it back to flat! Now is the time to get your car in to let us fix it.
Two frames that we straightened recently. Both frames were similar in damage and repairs made. Both had a shock tower out of alignment, front end was off center to the left, full chassis twists, and both front cross members were bent beyond repair. Both frames straightened out nicely and went off to have another cross member put in. As the race season winds down and cars are starting to get torn down for winter's rebuild take a close look and see if anything is out of place and get it to us before you put a bent car back together with bent parts.
Another micro frame we just straightened this week. It was bent mostly on the left front. The cutomer is having the front cross tube replaced as well as a portion on the left down tube. We got it all back in place and saved the left bottom rail where is was significantly kinked at the radius.

It was a busy week at Sherrell Frame and Axle Repair. We had 2 Sawyer micros and 2 sprint frames to repair. Below are pictures of one of the sprints and one micro we fixed. The sprint had a bent front end as well as a bend in one of the downtubes. We got that straightened out. The micro had a little more damage with a bent front end and halo bent down on one side. With a little heat it came right back into shape.
