We've made a big change to our warranty policy. Starting today our included warranty with new hardware will increase from 6 months to 1 year. SimplyCare and SimplyCare+ will stay the same, extending the total coverage to 3 years. 2023 maps (released in 2024) are out! You can now download the maps for free via the cyanlabs program. Please read and follow the directions completely as there is a potential of damaging your hardware.

For SimplyCare+ subscribers, we'll start preparing USB flash drives and will get those shipped out to you soon 👍

Hey everyone, quick PSA: I receive messages nearly every day from people who purchased cheap kits on eBay or Amazon who run into issues and they no longer feel supported. A lot of these sellers will kick the can down the road until the return window closes (or don't offer returns at all) so that you're stuck with something you're not happy with. All of the issues people have are either with 1) physical hardware issues or 2) programming. If you're in the market for an infotainment upgrade please do your due diligence and do your home work to ensure you're buying from someone reputable, check your vehicles forum communities, etc. Even what you may assume to be a US based company may be wolf in sheep's clothing. Check out this recent ad ran by one of our competitors trying to lure in people with our business name. A quick check of the ad verifies that they're a Chinese based company.

We use authentic high quality hardware and won't stop until your vehicle is working the way it should.
