BELLOWS, Manifolds, Risers, Long Blocks Ujoint assemblies, and New outdrives! It’s been lights out for Loon Marine this August!

The sad thing now is that time is running out! You need to schedule those big jobs with us now! We switch over to just Winterization and ShrinkWrap come September 15th, so if your boats not repaired by then it won’t be repaired by us till next year!

The schedule is extremely loaded right now but we can make room for Bellows packages, Manifolds, risers, long blocks, repowers, outdrive replacements, Drive Reseals, Transom assemblies, overheating issues, and top end rebuilds on I/O’s. If it’s an outboard I don’t want to know about it right now, if it’s a two stroke outboard I don’t want to know about it ever. Our schedule is packed and we are only taking on what we specialize in currently.

Our main specialty is Mercruiser and Volvo Penta Bellows packages, we have the best Mobile Bellows rates in Southern New England and we do many hundreds of bellows each season, we pride ourselves in our consistency of Bellows.

💥 Its been Bellows… I Mean BUISNESS as usual for us!

💥 This time of year I average 3-4 Bellows packages a day while mixing other various jobs into the schedule. We scattered long blocks into the schedule, a hearty amount of manifolds and risers as well as a couple top end V8 rebuilds from failed manifolds over the past couple of weeks. Of course we had tune ups and recommissionings mixed in also.

One from this week that highlights the importance of Getting your bellows and gimbal bearing replaced before they fail! This drive fought tooth and nail but it came off with no damage to the carrier or bell housing. But from the failed bellows it got the additional expense of a new ujoint assembly!
