My negative reviews always come from people I've never done business with people I've never met in my life so clients if you guys can counter this I have a ton of positive reviews on my ad comments but those are useless because the day I switch over my ad post to another one people never see those again can you guys do what the haters do and write the positive reviews directly on my page. Sometimes I don't get to the phone I don't pick it up and people will write negative reviews to hurt my business.

AS OF AUGUST 7TH, 2026 WE WILL NO LONGER BE INSTALLING CUSTOMER OWNED PARTS. It's not that I'm trying to upcharge on parts my customers rarely pay retail on Parts because I get big commercial discounts it's more because customers buy cheap parts online and then shop around and ask for the cheapest labor money can buy like 50 and below for almost anything and that affects my Facebook ads meta account whenever you message me Facebook charges me and counts that as a conversion.

22 minutes was all it took for this man to lose his patience and insult me. It wasn't like I was underneath a vehicle or anything. I just want to point this out in case he writes a bad review blocks me so I can't see it. I was texting him with one hand and wrenching under someone's car with another.

Customer states: Vehicle makes a heavy clunking noise when braking and accelerating from a red light. I test drove it, lifted up the vehicle removed the wheels and visually and physically inspected the entire suspension front to back and found that the 2 front LOWER CONTROL ARMS were failing instead of purchasing them at a parts store I had them ordered from RockAuto.com saving my client more than 150 dollars on parts with higher quality name brand parts in parts alone. I already knew what it was but I never assume I always verify with evidence so my clients know they are dealing with a professional that is more thorough than your average dealership technician. I can say this because I am a former dealership tech and managers did not like the way I worked I focused too much on small details and being a perfectionist and not enough on speed. I'm a client's dream and a shop manager's nightmare. I emphasize quality over quantity which is the main reason I work for myself.

Today I did a diagnostic a real diagnostic not just plugging in a scanner and throwing the Parts Canon let me explain. Vehicle comes in with p0300 random misfire and p0131 h02s sensor low voltage. Vehicle is puffing out black smoke and sometimes White I get worried I check for head gasket failure it seems okay it seems good I look for vacuum leaks nothing either then I plug in my scanner and check the live data something cheap scanners cannot do. I pull up the information on each cylinder I noticed that specifically cylinders 135 and 7 are misfiring constantly 2468 are perfectly fine then I get to wondering as to why it's not ignition coils it's not fuel injectors because all four cylinders are misfiring why I asked myself? Then I go look at the long-term and short-term fuel trim the ECM is correcting itself way too much it is putting up 50% and 25% fuel trim respectively it needs to be between -4 and 0%. Then I go look at oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1 it is putting out 0 to 26 millivolts while all other sensors are putting out 90 to 800 Mv I'm like that's weird the oxygen sensor is telling the computer that is not receiving enough oxygen is telling the computer that the engine is too lean it's not lean the oxygen sensor was feeding the ECM false information causing a random misfire and causing excessive fuel consumption and putting the vehicle into limp mode and maxing out the fuel injectors on one half of this V8 engine and where it would not exceed 45 miles an hour I replace the oxygen sensor I checked the data again everything is normal everything is perfect the problem is fixed so when you ask oh $95 just to plug in a computer and that's it yeah if you read all this I hope you understand why there is a diagnostic fee this is not something in everyday person that doesn't do this for a living and has taken years of training and experience can do. It is not plug and play and you just find the answer no you have to know how to read live data. You have to know what the numbers mean.
